Responsibilities
Pipeline Impact – Your revenue marketing strategies will generate qualified pipeline and accelerate deal progression
Strategic Alignment – You’ll ensure marketing programs are tightly aligned with sales priorities, product positioning, and customer needs
Performance Optimization – You’ll continuously refine campaigns based on data insights to maximize ROI and conversion rates
Revenue Marketing Program Development: Build and execute demand generation, ABM, and lifecycle marketing programs that create measurable pipeline
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals
Campaign Management: Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, paid media) with a focus on conversion and ROI
Data & Analytics: Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on pipeline contribution
Content Strategy: Develop messaging and content that resonates with target personas and accelerates deal progression
Budget & Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and efficiency
Story Telling: Develop compelling narratives, backed by data, to gain alignment and buy-in from executive leadership and key stakeholders
Competitive Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and industry shifts to ensure our strategy remains ahead of the curve
Analyst & Influencer Relations: Engage with industry analysts and key influencers to shape market perception, gather insights, and strengthen Bottomline's position in the market
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to design marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue
Strategic thinker with a passion for data, customer insights, and long-term impact
Skilled storyteller who transforms complex data into compelling marketing narratives
Collaborative leader adept at building consensus and influencing across teams
Analytical and experienced in segmentation, market research, and data tools
Strong cross-functional experience with marketing, sales, and product teams
Proficient in CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms
7+ years in B2B marketing with a strong focus on revenue marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics tools
Deep understanding of the buyer's journey, funnel metrics, and pipeline acceleration strategies
Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns based on KPIs and actionable insights
