This role will support the implementation and development of large-scale, high-throughput DNA cis-regulatory element screening technologies.

Responsibilities
Design, execute, and optimize complex genomics protocols including custom DNA/RNA amplicon preparation and sequencing
Perform massively parallel reporter assay (MPRA) screens in diverse cell systems
Conduct primary cell culture work, including specialized cell types as needed
Execute molecular biology techniques including molecular cloning, flow cytometry, and quantitative PCR
Work with viral vector technologies and next-generation sequencing library design/generation
Analyze and interpret experimental data, communicating results effectively to the team
Contribute to team-based science and technology development initiatives
Maintain detailed experimental records and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Biology, Genetics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
2-5 years of relevant laboratory research experience
Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing cell and molecular biology experiments
Experience with primary cell culture (required)
Proficiency in standard molecular biology techniques
Passion for scientific discovery and commitment to continuous learning
Preferred
Experience with massively parallel reporter assays (MPRA)
iPSC and/or T cell culture experience
Expertise in viral vector technology (lentivirus)
Background in NGS library design and generation
Experience with scRNA-seq and/or scMPRA technologies
