Senior Brand Writer (Brand Voice)
Synergy Interactive is launching a new category in digital trust and is seeking a Senior Brand Writer to define and own the company's voice. This narrative-led role focuses on brand storytelling and requires a writer who can translate complex technology into clear and engaging language.
Responsibilities
Define and steward the brand voice, tone, narrative, and point of view from the ground up
Write high-impact brand storytelling across core touchpoints (website, manifestos, product launches, executive decks, investor materials)
Develop manifesto-style and long-form narrative work that articulates the company’s vision and worldview
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling language without diluting credibility
Partner closely with senior leadership on executive and strategic communications
Ensure consistency and clarity of voice across technical and non-technical audiences
Review and elevate copy across teams to uphold brand standards as the company scales
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience as a brand writer or copywriter
Proven experience building or evolving a brand voice, not just executing within one
Strong portfolio demonstrating opinionated, confident, non-generic writing (manifestos a plus)
Experience writing for technology companies; ability to understand and communicate technical products
Comfortable working directly with executives and presenting narrative decisions
Preferred
Automotive experience—especially luxury or performance brands—is highly desirable
