Responsibilities

Own the TMO structure and ensure disciplined execution of transition activities
Chair weekly TMO meetings; set priorities and drive accountability across workstreams
Align transition activities with Solstice’s long-term transformation objectives
Monitor interdependencies and escalate critical risks to executive leadership
Serve as the primary liaison between Solstice leadership and functional teams
Facilitate decision-making and resolve cross-functional conflicts
Deliver executive-level updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Ensure transparency and clarity in communications across all stakeholders
Track project budgets including one-time costs and associated reductions, increases, etc. over time
Report actual spend versus budgeted spend and escalate variances to leadership
Monitor procurement progress across workstreams and resolve bottlenecks

Required

Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent preferred
8+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or large-scale transformation programs
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight timelines
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in financial tracking and budget management for large-scale projects
Knowledge of procurement processes and associated best practices
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S

Preferred

MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience with post-spin or M&A integration preferred
