Responsibilities
Define and enforce UAT quality standards, conduct governance checks, and perform UAT audits to ensure delivery compliance
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, QA, and vendors to align on test strategy, scope, and timelines
Participate in test intake, planning, and estimation; contribute to UAT test strategy, test plan, and kickoff activities
Develop, organize, and maintain UAT test scripts and results in Azure DevOps, ensuring test data readiness and environment setup
Manage defects — track, verify, and report issues during UAT execution
Support functional testing as needed and coordinate end-to-end test coverage across business teams
Create and monitor UAT metrics and dashboards, ensuring visibility via visual management tools
Prepare audit documentation and provide training/guidance to analysts and business users on UAT processes and tools
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT Quality Assurance and in utilizing Test Management Tools
Experience in coordinating UAT testing with business teams
Experience managing business relationships with stakeholders
Experience in Healthcare Principles and methods of systems analysis for data processing
Knowledge of Test Management and Reporting Tools
Knowledge in Test Planning and Estimates
