Inside Sales Account Executive

Connect with 40–50 warm leads daily (inbound and outbound - no cold calling)
Build rapport quickly and earn trust through empathy, professionalism, and integrity
Conduct needs-based financial consultations to understand client goals
Educate clients on debt relief options and recommend tailored solutions
Follow Debt Blue's proven sales processes and best practices
Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and care
Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
Uphold ethical standards and adhere to all industry regulations
Complete the Certified Debt Specialist certification within 90 days (company-paid)
Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development cycles
Embrace a merit-based culture that rewards discipline, performance, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Minimum work hours per week is 45
Full-time position

2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles
Proven success in a commission-based or quota-driven environment
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
Consistent attendance and professionalism
Relentless drive to achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Average 1–2 client enrollments per day (top performers reach 3–4)
Maintain a minimum 40% conversion rate
Preferred
Experience in financial services, debt relief, or related industries
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
