Responsibilities
Handle sophisticated Trusts & Estates / Private Client matters
Serve as a senior-level resource on complex planning and client matters
Receive and manage work directly from firm leadership
Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of 2–5 associates
Support practice development and operational growth
Contribute to firm leadership and long-term strategy
Maintain a 1,800+ billable hour practice within a supportive, sustainable platform
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Trusts & Estates / Private Client experience
Strong substantive expertise in estate planning, trusts, and private wealth matters
Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing attorneys
Leadership mindset with interest in growing into a broader firm role
Strong client presence and professional judgment
Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, high-responsibility environment
