Responsibilities
Communicate and collaborate with clients and team members to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective clients
Conduct courtesy calls to anticipate client needs
Collaborate with team members on account questions, service requests, and client inquiries
Prepare for client meetings by conducting an administrative review of accounts, ensuring all client data is updated and relevant, and preparing necessary materials, agendas, and reports
Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings
Ensure timely progress of new client onboarding
Maintain data integrity for client accounts in Tamarac
Use CRM system for daily tasks, tracking, and documenting client information and updates
Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
College Degree
1-2 years of experience working in a client or customer service role
Strong attention to detail & highly organized
Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate
Effective use of technology/software
Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
Desire to provide concierge quality customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality
Effective communicator with strong multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations
Experience working with a CRM system
