Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Blue Yonder’s solutions
Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing expert advice and support
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of Blue Yonder’s products and services
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Blue Yonder’s solutions to key clients
Monitor key account metrics and report on the success of customer engagements
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years in account management or sales, preferably within the technology or supply chain industries, with a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
Familiarity with supply chain management software and solutions
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
