Lead Generation Specialist

They are seeking a motivated business development person to help new client growth by identifying strategic firms and managing communications to schedule conversations with prospects.

Responsibilities
Generating interest with new client prospects
Scheduling a conversation, preferably face to face, with the prospect and one of our subject matter expert directors
Build and maintain strong, long-term network relationships
Prepare reports and updates on account status and performance
Partner with Business Development to explore new opportunities
Attend conferences and trade shows as required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant job-related experience, preferably in business development within professional services or supply chain industries
Demonstrated ability to generate leads for new client business
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at various levels, including senior leadership
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS WORD, and MS PowerPoint
Tactical application of AI tools for general research and strategic prospect selection
Preferred
Familiarity with warehouse, and manufacturing operations and systems a plus
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus
Working knowledge of database tools or visualization software is a plus
