Senior Systems Engineer - C5I Trainer

Responsibilities

Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for NSW communications systems
Developing and maintaining training materials, including courseware, manuals, and simulation tools
Conducting training sessions and providing expert instruction to NSW operators
Evaluating operator proficiency and providing feedback to ensure mission readiness
Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in NSW tactical communications, network and cyber/IT technologies and incorporating these into training programs
Assist with the design and integration efforts of C5I technologies (e.g. radio, telecommunication, IT, and computer networks) across Navy ships, other maritime platforms, and transit case based systems
Maintain strong relationships with key customers, teammates and vendors

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (engineering, computer science, or IT) and 4 years of experience with military and/or DoD communication systems (Additional experience may be substituted for the degree)
Prior military NSW or SOF C5I design and support experience
Prior training and/or curriculum developer experience
Ability to demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written at all levels within the company and within the customer community

Preferred

Master Training Specialist
Naval Special Warfare (NSW) / Special Operations Forces (SOF) communications experience at the planning and executions levels
Familiarity or experience with USSOCOM and its component combatant commands
Experience in IT communications, networks, and cyber security on SOF maritime or Afloat platforms
Strong skills in technical writing
