They are seeking talented individuals to fill multiple positions with varying degrees of experience, working collaboratively on all aspects and phases of projects from Schematic Design to Construction Administration.

Responsibilities
Drafting
Developing details and construction methods
Coordinating with consulting engineers
Communicating with clients and builders
Creating drawing sets
Managing small teams or working independently under the guidance of the principal architect
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Minimum 2 years of professional office experience working on relevant design projects
Experience producing drawings through all phases of a project
Strong graphic representation skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp
Understanding of NYS and NYC building codes and zoning regulations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Fluent in English
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a reliable car
