Patient Monitoring Account Manager
Interactive Resources - iR is focused on advanced patient monitoring and clinical technology solutions, and they are seeking a Patient Monitoring Account Manager. This role involves executing a structured sales process, managing CRM data, and building strategic relationships with clinical stakeholders to drive product sales and territory growth.
Responsibilities
Execute a structured sales process to convert competitive hospital accounts to advanced patient monitoring and clinical technology solutions
Manage and maintain CRM data, tracking opportunities, forecasts, and account activity with regular updates
Lead and support clinical demonstrations, side-by-side evaluations, and inventory assessments as part of the sales cycle
Deliver value-based presentations highlighting clinical, operational, and patient-care benefits
Drive product sales and territory growth across assigned hospital and health system accounts
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clinical stakeholders and thought leaders to support adoption of monitoring and wireless technology solutions
Negotiate and close new agreements, renewals, and sensor or consumable contracts
Present and interpret clinical study data to support evidence-based decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate accounts, IDN partners, and clinical specialists, sharing market intelligence and competitive insights with leadership and marketing teams
Organize and conduct educational programs and user seminars focused on improving patient safety and reducing adverse events
Identify, develop, and support credible clinical champions to drive long-term adoption
Conduct annual business reviews and perform additional projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
4+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience selling innovative medical or healthcare technology solutions
Proven success selling to multiple clinical and administrative stakeholders (e.g., ICU, OR, anesthesia, respiratory, biomedical, and executive leadership)
Strong customer relationship management, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead group presentations
Demonstrated ability to influence clinicians to adopt new, evidence-based patient care processes and technologies
Experience conducting or supporting clinical evaluations, research initiatives, or focus groups
Ability to clearly communicate value-based healthcare solutions
Willingness to travel, including overnight stays; valid driver's license required
