Non-QM Loan Processor
The Trye Group, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Non-QM Loan Processor to join their dynamic team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the loan origination process, focusing on Non-Qualified Mortgage and bridge loan products, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth closings.
Responsibilities
Review and verify Non-QM, bridge, and brokered loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and program eligibility
Conduct credit, income, and asset analysis, including alternative documentation methods such as bank statements, P&Ls, and DSCR evaluations
Ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act), Fair Housing, and other regulatory requirements throughout the loan lifecycle
Coordinate and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and mortgage brokers, as well as third-party vendors, to facilitate smooth and timely closings
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Non-QM loan programs, lender overlays, and investor guidelines across multiple lender platforms
Process loans through various wholesale lender portals, accurately submitting files, uploading documentation, managing conditions, and tracking milestones
Prepare disclosures, contracts, and necessary documentation required for loan approval and closing
Communicate clearly and professionally with borrowers, lenders, and stakeholders to address outstanding issues or documentation needs
Utilize 10-key typing skills and industry software to input and update loan data efficiently and accurately

Thorough understanding of complex loan processing procedures, particularly in a broker environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred
Proven experience processing Non-QM, bridge, and brokered loans is strongly preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with wholesale broker portals (e.g., Lendmarq, Constructive Cap. Kiavi.)
