Human Resources & Payroll Generalist
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary HR point of contact for employees across the organization
Manage and process multi-state payroll accurately and on time
Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR compliance initiatives
Administer employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and inquiries
Lead or support processes in onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports as needed
Assist with recruitment efforts and coordinate interviews and new-hire activities
Ensure adherence to federal and state employment regulations and internal HR policies
Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure employees and leaders are supported
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
4+ years of Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
Experience processing multi-state payroll (required)
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HRIS systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
