Responsibilities
Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, and assisting in the offer and onboarding process
Recruiting for therapy, lab, radiology, and pharmacy job opportunities
Collaborating with hiring managers on internal openings
Managing many requisitions at once and working within a fast-paced and high-volume recruiting environment
Organizing and maintaining candidate information using Oracle ATS
Be a strong representative of the organization and provide a top-tier experience for candidates
Qualification
Required
3+ years in full cycle recruiting in a high-volume setting (sourcing, screening, onboarding, etc.)
Experience recruiting for allied healthcare opportunities including the areas of therapy, lab, radiology, and/or pharmacy
Experience using Oracle as an ATS is required
Proven experience building strong relationships with hiring managers
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with proven experience in a remote setting
Must be comfortable with long-term contract work
Must be tech savvy
Preferred
Bachelors degree ideal but not required
