Responsibilities
Serves as the primary technical owner for Microsoft 365 (MS365)information governance capabilities, including data lifecycle, security, sensitivity labels, and Purview compliance tools
Analyzes, establishes, and maintains cohesive enterprise-wide standards for knowledge management, content lifecycle, metadata structure, and digital record organization
Integrates library sciences and information management principles into MS365 content strategies
Leads organization-wide initiatives to improve information discoverability, accessibility, and consistency
Develops SharePoint Online sites, oversees site architecture, permissions, and metadata, and identifies opportunities to modernize legacy sites and workflows using Power Platform and automation
Promotes a unified user experience across intranet and public-facing sites, ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility
Develops designs standards for navigation, content layout, and digital engagement
Leads and supports the migration of sites and content from Granicus Government Cloud solutions to SharePoint Online
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Three (3) years of relevant experience
A valid and unrestricted driver's license with two (2) years of licensed driving is required
Preferred
3+ years administering Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Purview, or related digital collaboration and governance platforms
Strong understanding of information architecture, metadata, taxonomy, content lifecycle management, or library sciences principles
Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Microsoft or records management certifications
Experience in local government or public-sector digital services
Experience migrating content from Granicus Government Cloud to SharePoint Online
