Responsibilities

Perform assembly of electronic assemblies including soldering, tinning, masking, and bonding
Operate specialized electronics assembly equipment
Execute procedures, record data, and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and military standards
Maintain documentation, calibration records, and ensure compliance with safety and ESD protocols
Support root cause analysis of test failures and assist with data collection and corrective action implementation
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and security standards

Required

Applicant must be able to pass in-house solder and cable crimp and harness classes
Basic hand tool knowledge as well as familiarization with some power tools is required
Applicant must be flexible in types of work assignments
Applicant must be able to react to changing priorities as directed

Preferred

Experience in military or aerospace manufacturing or depot environments
Experience with Solumina, Costpoint, MS Office
NASA/Military specification Solder training course completion
Proficient with Hand Soldering
