Responsibilities
Responsible for both Program Management and Project Management
Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risks, and issues
Lead stakeholder communication, engagement, and alignment across business and technical teams
Guide and support project managers on PMO processes, governance, and best practices
Follow hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) project management practices
Perform Scrum Master responsibilities for assigned teams
Oversee technical delivery, including budget tracking, contract management, and vendor coordination
Collaborate with Global PMO to ensure release/phase/sprint objectives, metrics, and milestones are met
Provide program-level reporting, status updates, dashboards, and risk/issue analysis to leadership
Develop and maintain implementation roadmaps, highlighting timelines, risks, resources, and progress indicators
Maintain up-to-date RAID logs, change logs, action items, and deliverable tracking
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, preferably in transformation or technical delivery programs
Must have 10+ years of experience in SAP Program Management. Manage SAP Success Factors Program
Must have hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) project management and Scrum Master experience
Strong knowledge of PMO frameworks, governance models, and SDLC/Agile methodologies
Hands-on in facilitating PMO risk and review meetings, ensuring all meeting outputs, action plans, and follow-ups are thoroughly documented and executed
Strong expertise in Budget Management, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proven expertise in Multi vendor management, and resource planning
Ability to manage complex multi-phase releases, sprints, and global delivery coordination
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, capable of influencing across teams and leadership levels
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent)
Ability to thrive in dynamic, multi-region, cross-functional environments
Strong facilitation skills, including running stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, risk meetings, and leadership updates
Proactive leadership and team motivation skills, fostering accountability and continuous improvement within the team
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Preferred
PMP/Agile certification preferred
