Responsibilities
Document Management: Request and secure police reports and medical records for case preparations
Communication Coordination: Prepare and send standardized correspondence and claims letters
Task Execution: Complete routine pre-litigation tasks using Litify task workflows, ensuring timely progression of each file
Proofreading and Verification: Review AI-generated documents to ensure accuracy before distribution
Client Interaction: Handle prospective client calls, converting inquiries into signed agreements when necessary
Team Coordination: Regularly communicate with in-house paralegals and participate in task-focused pod meetings
Technology Integration: Utilize AI tools like EVE to enhance document processes and reduce manual involvement
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to follow structured, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated to overcome challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both clients and team members
Familiarity with Litify or willingness to learn, including competency in Adobe and email communication tools
Preferred
