Responsibilities

Support customers in Metamation and TRUMPF FLUX sheet metal programming software
Implement & update software solutions at customer sites and provide customer training
Assess process value chain and adapt TRUMPF / Metamation software to customer needs
Support customers with questions and troubleshooting over phone, web & email
Provide software support for in house production at TRUMPF smart factory
Serve as key contact & manage customer projects
Travel for projects in USA, Canada and Mexico

Qualification

CAD/CAM programmingTRUMPF softwareMetamation softwareProject ManagementCustomer serviceCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

Experience with CAD/CAM programming software for machine tools
Experience in TRUMPF & Metamation software products
Thorough experience in Project Management
Excellent communication skills, as well as telephone etiquette
Ability to communicate patiently and diplomatically is mandatory
Must have a professional customer service attitude
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
