Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys, including document preparation, formatting, filing, and correspondence management
Deliver professional, timely, and confidential communication and support
Manage daily scheduling, workload allocation, and coverage to ensure consistent and effective support for attorneys and practice groups
Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule meetings, depositions and monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with court and firm requirements
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems, manage case files, and ensure documents are properly organized and accessible
Assist with time entry, expense tracking, billing coordination while reviewing for accuracy and completeness
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals and other support staff to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service delivery
Follow firm policies, legal procedures, and confidentiality standards while ensuring work meets quality and compliance expectations
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of experience as a Legal Assistant
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented legal professional
Superior client service skills
Exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in the MS Office Suite
Preferred
Prior experience supporting practices in Litigation and Risk Management, Insurance Coverage, and Professional Liability
