Responsibilities
Represent the brand at events, promotions, pop-ups, or online campaigns
Engage with customers in a friendly, authentic, and professional way
Educate customers about our products/services and answer questions
Collect feedback and share insights with the marketing team
Help build brand awareness and loyalty through positive interactions
Support social media or community initiatives when needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences
Passion for branding, marketing, or customer experience
Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Preferred
Prior experience in promotions, sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
