Responsibilities

Identify and target prospective clients, including corporations, government entities, and educational institutions, for Swvl’s mobility solutions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
Understand Swvl’s suite of mobility solutions and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients
Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized mobility solutions that address their unique challenges and objectives
Work closely with operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction
Provide market insights and feedback to the product team for continuous improvement and innovation
Prepare regular reports, including pipeline updates, client feedback, and performance metrics
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for Swvl’s growth

Required

3+ years of experience in consulting, sales, or business development, preferably in mobility, technology, tech-enabled service sales
Strong understanding of enterprise and government solution processes
Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and meet revenue targets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to make data-driven decisions
