The Product Manager will be responsible for the full-stack of product from strategy to implementation, translating customer needs into a product roadmap and working with engineering to execute it.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for product improvement through analytics and customer interviews
Define plan for such improvement, including timing and resource requirements
Design initial product mocks based on user research
Write product specs to improve efficiency of the build
Coordinate across engineering, operations, compliance, markets, etc. to execute efficiently
Implement systems for iterative development with regular user feedback

Required

5 years' experience working in product management or consulting for a top tier company
Experience in fintech strongly preferred
Experience with immigrant communities and empathy for our customers
Strong analytical skills
Experience with SQL and/or Mixpanel
Outstanding project management skills, including end-to-end problem ownership
UX design instincts

Preferred

Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools a plus
Background or degree in a technical field a plus
