Administrative Assistant | Data Entry
CRG is a staffing company seeking an Administrative Assistant to join one of their top clients. The role involves accurately entering and maintaining insurance-related information in systems and supporting policy administration to ensure records are complete and up to date.
Responsibilities
Enter insurance policy, claims, and customer information into internal systems
Review data for accuracy and correct errors as needed
Update policy changes, renewals, and endorsements
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and regulated insurance information
Organize and maintain digital insurance records and files
Assist with basic administrative tasks related to insurance operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or 2+ years of experience within the insurance space performing administrative duties
Basic computer and data entry skills are required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow established procedures and deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with insurance terminology (policies, claims, premiums, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft Excel
