AI Driven Digital Twin Solutions Sales Executive/Consultant

Responsibilities
End-to End Sales cycle management including but not limited to the following
Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients who could benefit from Digital Twin solutions
Solution Selling & Consultative Sales: Leverage your understanding of Digital Twin technology to demonstrate how our solutions can optimize operations and facilities
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations: Lead engaging, high-level technical presentations and live product demos to prospects, clearly communicating the value of Digital Twin models and real-time tracking and simulations for operational efficiency and cost savings
Needs Assessment & Customization: Work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, workflows, and objectives, tailoring Digital Twin solutions to meet specific requirements
Collaboration with Sales & Engineering Teams: Partner with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and collaborate with engineering to qualify leads/solutions based on client needs
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the warehousing and logistics sectors, including operations managers, IT professionals, and C-level executives
Technical Support for Sales Cycle: Provide pre-sales technical support, ensuring prospects understand the capabilities, implementation requirements, and long-term benefits of Digital Twin technology
Product Evangelism & Industry Thought Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on Digital Twin technology, keeping clients and prospects informed about industry trends, best practices, and the evolving landscape of Digital Transformation
Sales Process & Documentation: Manage the sales pipeline, track interactions, and maintain detailed documentation in company prescribed format
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation, simulation, or digital technologies related to warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong understanding of Digital Twin technology, simulation models, data analytics, IoT, and how these solutions apply to warehousing and logistics operations
Experience working with or knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), material handling equipment (MHE), and other logistics operations is a strong plus
Proven ability to drive complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative selling and solution-based approaches
Ability to present complex technical solutions in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
