Responsibilities

Senior Staff Accountant will prepare and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close
Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports
Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will review expense reports for accuracy and compliance
Support process improvements and help implement best practices
Perform ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in AccountingGAAP principlesMicrosoft ExcelAccounting experienceTask managementAttention to detailOrganizational skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of accounting experience (internship experience acceptable)
Understanding of GAAP principles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
