Present value proposition, negotiate, and close enterprise contracts
Maintain accurate pipeline and achieve sales quotas
Qualification
Required
4+ years outbound sales success selling to early/mid-stage biotech or pharma companies
Proven methodology for consistently contacting and booking meetings with C-level executives and hiring leaders in small biotechs
Documented quota attainment through cold prospecting (not inbound or channel-dependent)
Deep understanding of biotech ecosystem, funding triggers, and regulatory hiring pain points
Independent, results-driven mindset suited to resource-constrained startup
