Responsibilities
Prospect into HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition leaders, from manager level to the C-suite
Execute outbound outreach using email, LinkedIn, and phone
Clearly and confidently communicate Mployer’s value proposition
Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings for the sales team
Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously refine outreach strategy
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in B2B tech or SaaS
1+ year of experience as a BDR or AE in B2B SaaS or employee benefits
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools
Coachable, self-motivated, and energized by a high-growth environment
Preferred
Experience selling to HR, benefits, total rewards, or talent leaders
