Develop and manage capital expenditure budgets
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments
Implement mitigation strategies to position projects for successful construction execution
Manage survey contractor procurement and execution
Ensure deliverables meet engineering design requirements and project timelines
Lead cross-functional coordination between development, engineering, permitting, and construction teams
Monitor preconstruction schedules
Prepare projects for construction transition
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project scope
Qualification
Required
6 - 10 years of experience in project management
Strong financial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project scope
Experience in developing and managing capital expenditure budgets
Experience in conducting comprehensive risk assessments
Experience in implementing mitigation strategies for successful construction execution
Experience in managing survey contractor procurement and execution
Ability to ensure deliverables meet engineering design requirements and project timelines
Experience in leading cross-functional coordination between development, engineering, permitting, and construction teams
Experience in monitoring preconstruction schedules
Experience in preparing projects for construction transition
