Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity, normalization, and security across core systems
Create and enforce standards for validation, deduplication, and access control
Lead proactive data quality reviews, audits, and cleanup initiatives
Oversee complex data migrations, imports, and historical data maintenance
Serve as the lead administrator and developer for Zoho applications including CRM, Books, Desk, Creator, Analytics, Flow, and Forms
Design advanced workflows, automations, custom scripts (Deluge), and modular configurations
Resolve platform issues, optimize performance, and maintain system health
Manage user roles, permissions, and security protocols across all Zoho applications
Architect seamless integrations between Zoho and third-party platforms (payments, communication tools, document storage, etc.)
Automate critical business processes including onboarding, compliance, service workflows, and financial transactions
Monitor and optimize automation health and handle exception management
Build and manage dashboards and analytics for cross-functional leadership
Enable data-driven decision-making with clear, actionable reporting
Ensure alignment between operational systems and financial data flows
Provide Tier-2/3 technical support to internal teams
Train staff on Zoho features, integrations, and best practices
Maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, process flows, and knowledge bases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in database administration with a strong understanding of relational data models
Expertise in the Zoho One ecosystem, with demonstrated ability to build, scale, and support custom business applications
Familiarity with scripting languages (Deluge, JavaScript, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions
