Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist
HP is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategist to help define and influence the execution of their GTM strategy. The role involves developing strategies for market segmentation, conducting market analysis, and turning complex datasets into actionable insights to drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop and refine GTM strategies to deliver on HP’s growth ambitions, including market segmentation, opportunity identification, sizing and prioritization, and 4P3C insights
Influence and drive cross functional global initiatives across sales, product, marketing, category, and finance teams
Conduct market and competitive analysis, financial modeling, and KPI development and tracking
Turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights using tools like AI powered agents, SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau
Build compelling, data-driven narratives and plans for senior leadership / peer functions to drive outcomes
Break down big opportunities / challenges into structured workstreams and drive execution / influence independently
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of relevant experience in Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, or Commercial roles
Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to synthesize data quickly
Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts without formal authority
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially with senior stakeholders
A proactive, scrappy, outcome- and ownership-driven mindset (find ways, move fast and get it done)
Comfort leveraging AI and automation to accelerate analysis and execution
Preferred
Understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles, hardware ecosystems, and channel/partner models (a plus)
Experience in top consulting firms, product management roles, or competitor environments (strong plus)
