Google/PPC Specialist
Good Giant is the top gaming-focused advertising agency in the country, and they are seeking a results-driven Digital Media Buyer specializing in SEM and Google products. The role involves strategizing, building, and optimizing campaigns to drive measurable ROI across various industries, while collaborating with teams to align media strategies with client goals.

Responsibilities
Develop strategy and plan parameters with the strategy and planning teams to set KPIs
Develop and implement full-funnel SEM strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube
Plan, launch and optimize Performance Max (PMAX) and Demand Gen campaigns to hit KPIs
Align paid media strategy and execution with client goals (lead gen, ticket sales, brand awareness, etc.)
Manage campaign budgets and pacing
Conduct daily account monitoring, keyword management, bid adjustments, placements and audience segmentation
Continuously A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve performance
Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and cost efficiency based on defined KPIs
Continuously improve quality scores, conversion rates, and cost efficiencies
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other tracking tools
Work with the data team to prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for clients
Leverage data to tell a clear story and influence strategic direction
Partner with creative, account, strategy, planning and buying teams to ensure ad messaging and campaign set up align with strategy
Stay current with Google Ads innovations, algorithm updates, and new beta programs
Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in SEM and digital performance
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and PMAX campaigns
Proven experience with Demand Gen campaigns and audience targeting
Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio) reporting
Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Google Ads Certifications
Experience in a fast-paced agency environment or managing multiple client accounts is a plus
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with gaming/hospitality preferred
Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn Ads
Strategic planning across the digital ecosystem
Experience with AI-driven bidding strategies and automation scripts
