Field Service Technician
Pacific Office Automation is the largest independently owned office technology and document imaging dealer in the nation. They are seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Technician to support customers throughout Honolulu and surrounding communities by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining office equipment.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment such as copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
Provide high-quality technical support to customers in the field
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
Diagnose and resolve unique technical issues
Manage your time, daily service calls, and assigned territory efficiently
Qualification
Required
Mechanical and electrical aptitude
A problem-solver who enjoys hands-on work and customer interaction
Preferred
Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar equipment is a plus
Strong computer skills are a plus
