Responsibilities
Lead execution of M&A, recapitalizations, and equity/debt financing transactions
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving strategic discussions and relationship management
Oversee creation of models, valuations, and presentation materials
Manage and mentor associates and analysts across multiple live projects
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to firmwide origination efforts
Represent the group at client meetings and industry events
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of investment banking or equivalent transaction experience
Demonstrated ability to lead sell-side and buy-side M&A processes
Strong background in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate finance
Excellent client relationship management and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Series 79 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain)
