Service Analyst

Responsibilities
Receive, evaluate, and process service requests in a timely and accurate manner
Complete routine non-financial transactions on client accounts with attention to detail and compliance requirements
Prepare, distribute, and manage client and internal correspondence via email and mail, including mail merges
Support operational and business service tasks for the operations team
Assist team members in meeting departmental goals and regulatory standards
Analyze cases and make effective, well-reasoned decisions within established guidelines
Support occasional in-office events, including setup and vendor coordination
Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct in a corporate office setting
Qualification
Required

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presence, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills
Ethical, accountable, and detail-oriented with sound judgment
Ability to learn new processes quickly through structured, paid onsite training
Comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a team environment
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
