They are seeking a Document Control Clerk responsible for maintaining engineering documentation, verifying part configurations, and managing incoming communications.

Responsibilities
Maintains storage and distribution of all engineering documentation
Completes production work order packets
Verify part configuration(s) using customer supplier portals
Verify work instruction configurations match prior to release
Scan and file customer signed pack lists using Doc-Link
Match and scan completed inspection and production paperwork using Doc-Link
Maintain and store open purchase orders using Doc-Link
Manages all incoming communication to Aero Design (“The Voice of ADM”)
Assist Kitting Clerk approximately 20% of the time worked
Qualification
Required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Must be a 'US Person' due to ITAR Restrictions (US Citizen, permanent resident, or protected person)
Must be proficient in navigating Microsoft Windows 10 or 11
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate work
Must have typing speed of 40 WPM minimum
High School Diploma
Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing
Preferred
Experience in Visual Manufacturing Software is a plus
Experience in ITAR and EAR regulations is a plus
