Responsibilities
Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development
Must be able to co-facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing to learn to co-facilitate groups
Involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time
Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates
Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities
Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development
