Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities
Ensure an exemplary advisor experience by coordinating with internal partners through discussion, demonstration, and leading by example to meet and exceed advisor expectations; acute focus on adhering to and enhancing the Liquidity & Capital advisor experience playbook
Actively monitor and analyze emerging trends, developments and players across the industry landscape, to inform the company’s view of opportunities and approach to innovation
Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners throughout the sales process
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Sales experience working within the independent wealth management industry
This is a hybrid role. The candidate will ideally be based near one of LPL's offices (New York, San Diego, Boston, Fort Mill, Tempe, Austin)
Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment
Exemplary communications skills, with the confidence to effectively present complex topics to acquisition targets, as well as senior internal leadership, in a clear and actionable manner
Preferred
FINRA licensed
Familiarity with existing investors in the wealth management space (including aggregator models, private equity firms, and banks) preferred
