Responsibilities
Investigate supplier quality issues and provide clear conclusions and corrective recommendation
Lead supplier quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement program
Ensure supplier reliability through audits, inspections, certifications, and corrective action
Define and execute short-term and long-term quality action plans with supplier
Implement and maintain manufacturing process controls and quality standard
Support qualification of new suppliers and new products using structured quality processes
Maintain accurate quality documentation and supplier record
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience in Supplier Quality Engineering
Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems and standards
Familiarity with investment casting and airfoil components (blades, nozzle)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Hands-on experience working with global suppliers
Background in energy, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing environment
Experience supporting supplier audits and corrective action processes
