Responsibilities
Manage the work allocation of the Paralegal team, assigning and overseeing projects (e.g., the preparation of documents for court filing and preparation of documents for trial), collaborating with senior staff to ensure efficient and effective resource allocation and smooth workflow coordination, and ensuring adequate coverage as well as accurate and timely completion of assignments
Develop short and long-range litigation-support objectives, initiatives, and procedures; implement enhancements and refine litigation-support systems; and continuously evaluate Case Management program effectiveness to ensure the delivery of consistently exceptional Case Manager services
Play an active role in identifying staffing needs, as well as hiring and onboarding additional members of the Case Management team
Maintain and continue to develop the Case Manager Training Curriculum with trainings relevant to the needs of the department
Focus on performance management by mentoring and counseling Case Managers as needed
