Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to gather and validate Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs)
Identify business-critical scenarios and validate them against production usage or defined performance criteria
Develop comprehensive performance test plans including monitoring strategies
Monitor application server metrics using APM tools like Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk
Compare current application performance against production SLAs and previous releases
Conduct baseline tests for migration projects and validate against benchmark criteria before production rollout
Perform early performance testing and monitoring
Conduct root-cause analysis for performance defects and provide tuning recommendations
Support performance lifecycle testing (PLT) requests as per agreed count
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter
Proficiency in monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk
Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS and Azure
Technical expertise in Java and .NET applications
