Responsibilities
Partner with senior leads in planning and executing cross-functional programs, drive and manage UX staffing, and own team communications
Partner cross-functionally outside the UX organization building and maintaining key relationships to help the UX organization function
Manage broad product initiatives that cut across and between individual product areas and require cross-YouTube collaboration with partners
Partner with leads to ensure UX is actively involved in planning activities (e.g., annual, bi-annual, quarter) and relevant processes
Manage and develop talent of UX program managers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program or project management
5 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with user-centered design process, user experience, and product development process
Preferred
10 years of experience in program or project management
Experience with process improvement and influencing organizational change
Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
