Digital Advertising, Sales Executive
AdDaptive Intelligence is transforming how B2B brands and agencies identify, engage, and convert high-value accounts. They are seeking an Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for their ABM and B2B digital advertising solutions, engaging decision-makers and building long-term partnerships with agencies and brand-direct marketing teams.

Responsibilities
You will own the full sales cycle, selling AdDaptive’s ABM and B2B digital advertising solutions to agencies and brand-direct marketing teams
You’ll engage decision-makers across demand generation, marketing, and media, positioning AdDaptive as a strategic partner—not just another vendor
You’ll work closely with marketing, customer success, and account teams to ensure successful launches, renewals, and account expansion, while building a strong book of business
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of agency and brand-direct opportunities
Drive new business through a mix of outbound prospecting, inbound leads, referrals, and events
Lead discovery, pitch, and proposal conversations with marketing leaders and agency executives
Sell consultatively - connecting AdDaptive’s data, ABM, and media capabilities to measurable business outcomes
Close new business and expand existing accounts into long-term partnerships
Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to ensure strong onboarding and retention
Maintain accurate forecasting, deal notes, and pipeline activity in CRM
Represent AdDaptive at industry events and client meetings as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience in adtech, martech, B2B media, or a related industry
Proven ability to source and close new business
Experience selling to agencies and/or brand-direct marketing teams
Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Organized, metric-driven, and comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
