Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of real estate transactions for private businesses
Draft and negotiate Purchase & sale agreements, Commercial leases, Financing and workout matters
Support entity formation (including special purpose and serial entities)
Prepare operating agreements and limited partnership agreements
Assist with occasional real estate disputes, as needed
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of transactional real estate experience
Preferred
Experience with real estate finance, title review, or workouts
Knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models
