Learn to apply the concepts you’ve learned in the classroom through project work and client interaction
Develop professional skills that will serve you the rest of your career

Receive real industry training along with relevant work experience
Participate in a series of national webinars that introduce you to our industry and our organization
Grow your network by working closely with your manager, mentor, and other interns
Work directly with multiple teams, learning the basics of our world-class insurance programs while supporting the actual clients
Meet with a wide variety of industry partners to grow your career
Qualification
Required
Cumulative GPA 3.0 minimum
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Two semesters of college coursework studying in an area of business completed
Insurance, risk management or finance coursework completed
