Responsibilities
Manage painting, patchwork, and related repair projects
Perform major repairs on architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows
Oversee installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and similar fixtures
Serve as the primary point of contact for front‑line client requests
Coordinate maintenance tasks with trades personnel, including corrective and preventive work
Apply standard principles, techniques, and procedures to complete tasks and resolve routine issues
Demonstrate broad job‑discipline knowledge and model CBRE RISE values while influencing team outcomes
Ensure high-quality work for yourself and others while working within standardized procedures and explaining complex information clearly
Qualification
Required
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedent
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
