Responsibilities
Start as a hands-on Individual Contributor with a clear and intentional path into leadership within 12–18 months
Step into a territory that is underdeveloped and full of upside
Inherit an active deal on day one and build momentum quickly
Navigate a ~6-month enterprise sales cycle with meaningful deal sizes
Initial targets are deliberately achievable, with expectations to drive approximately $2M in revenue
Join during what is expected to be the company’s strongest growth year to date
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience as an Individual Contributor with a clear path into leadership within 12–18 months
Experience in navigating a ~6-month enterprise sales cycle with meaningful deal sizes
Ability to drive approximately $2M in revenue
Experience in building relationships face-to-face in a high-velocity, relationship-driven market
Ability to run a territory like a business
Comfortable translating complex solutions into business value
Self-starter who can perform at a high level without heavy structure
