Responsibilities
Build and maintain recurring operational and financial reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
Analyze order volume, inventory movement, labor productivity, and client metrics
Support data validation, cleanup, and reconciliation across systems
Assist with ad-hoc analysis requested by Operations and Leadership
Work heavily in Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to SQL and BI tools over time
Translate messy operational data into clear, actionable insights
Partner closely with Ops and Finance teams to understand real-world constraints
Qualification
Required
0–2 years experience in data, analytics, operations, finance, or similar role
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivots, formulas required)
High attention to detail and comfort working with imperfect data
Ability to work onsite, full-time, in Oak Creek, WI
Strong written and verbal communication
Bias toward execution and learning over theory
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, MIS, or related field
Preferred
Internship or project experience in analytics or operations
Basic SQL or BI tool exposure (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations
Comfort asking questions and challenging assumptions
